2. Data We Collect at the Exhibition

At trade shows and exhibitions, we may collect the following personal data: name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, and business address — through business card exchange, badge scanning, contact forms, or digital registration.

We may also collect data through photographs or videos taken at our exhibition booth. We will clearly indicate when recording is in progress.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under Article 6 of the GDPR: (a) Your consent — when you voluntarily provide your contact details or agree to be photographed; (b) Legitimate interest — to follow up on business inquiries and maintain business relationships; (c) Contract performance — when processing is necessary for pre-contractual measures at your request.

4. Purpose of Data Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes: responding to product inquiries made at the exhibition, sending requested product catalogs or price lists, following up on business opportunities discussed at the booth, sending invitations to future exhibitions or events (only with your consent), and improving our exhibition experience.

5. Data Sharing & International Transfers

Your data may be shared with our authorized distributors in your region to provide local support. We may transfer data outside the EEA, in which case we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with service providers who are contractually bound to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data collected at the exhibition for a maximum of 24 months, unless you have entered into a business relationship with us, in which case data is retained as required by applicable commercial and tax laws. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: Right of Access (Art. 15) — obtain a copy of your data; Right to Rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data; Right to Erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your data; Right to Restriction (Art. 18) — limit how we process your data; Right to Data Portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured format; Right to Object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest.

8. Right to Withdraw Consent
