At Zwheel, our commitment goes beyond delivering high-performance e-scooters — we're equally dedicated to providing exceptional after-sales support. With a nationwide network of authorized Service Centers, expert maintenance and care are always within reach.

Coverage Overview

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structural and mechanical parts of Zwheel scooters under normal use, for up to 18 months from the delivery date.

Please note that: All the spare parts we are selling are not covered by the Warranty Policy. (Excepted failure when arrival or damaged during transit — contact us within 14 days upon arrival.)

Warranty Specifics

  • The warranty is automatically registered to the original purchaser or recipient.
  • This warranty is non-transferable.
  • Coverage begins from the date of delivery, not the date of first use.
  • The warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from zwheel.com.
  • By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the warranty policy on the day of purchase.

Dashboard 6 mo Failure to power on/off, screen blackout, garbled or unreadable display, or button malfunction due to factory defects.
Charger 6 mo Failure to charge due to manufacturing defects.
Lighting System 12 mo LED failure, factory faults.
Braking System 12 mo Failure of brake lever, caliper, or hydraulic system due to factory defects under normal use.

Exception: Issues arising within 3 days after delivery during unboxing. The odometer should be less than 5 miles.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

Water Damage: Any damage or issues caused by water or moisture, whether direct or indirect. This includes corrosion, short circuits, electrical failures, damage to sealed parts (battery, motor, controller, display), and rust, mold, or discoloration.
Overloading: Exceeding the scooter's maximum load capacity, which may cause component stress or premature failure.
Crash Damage: Any damage caused by impacts, crashes, or accidents — including hitting objects, road hazards, or falling.
Unauthorized Electrical Modifications: Modifying, disassembling, or replacing any electrical parts without approval. Opening or tampering with the battery pack will void the warranty immediately.
Incompatible Power Sources: Using chargers with unsuitable ratings, risking system damage.
Improper Maintenance: Neglecting regular checks or using incorrect tools, affecting scooter safety and function.
Ignoring Guidelines: Disregarding instructions on riding, safety, and use limitations provided in the user manual.
Exposure to Extreme Conditions: Damage caused by using or storing the scooter in extreme environmental conditions or exposure to corrosive materials.
Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues such as paint scratches or fading.
Commercial/Competition Use: Using the scooter for intense commercial activities or competitive events.
Unauthorized Repairs: Attempting DIY repairs without professional expertise, risking further damage.
Unintended Use: Employing the scooter or its components in ways not intended by the manufacturer. Parts that have exceeded the warranty expiration date.

Claim Process

Initiate claims with proof of purchase and evidence of the issue. We will assess and guide you through the necessary steps for repair or replacement. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Post-Warranty & Extended Support

After the standard warranty period expires, we remain dedicated to your scooter's upkeep by offering free diagnostic services. Additionally, for all parts, we provide a generous 25% discount, reinforcing our Lifetime Service Commitment.

Warranty Policy on Shipping Costs

General Terms: Under our warranty policy, customers are usually responsible for shipping costs to and from our authorized service center for repairs. We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure safe shipment for any service needs.

30-Day Special Coverage: To ensure reliability and customer satisfaction, we offer special coverage for the first 30 days after your purchase. If your electric scooter experiences issues with the controllers, motors, or battery due to manufacturing defects during this period, we will cover all shipping costs.

To apply for special coverage, please contact our customer support team as soon as you notice any issues. Our team will help you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the necessary shipping instructions. Products sent without a valid RMA number may not be accepted under this policy.

Legal Disclaimer & Warranty Limitations

This warranty is the sole warranty provided by Zwheel, superseding any other warranties, express or implied. Zwheel's liability is limited to repairing or replacing parts as specified and does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as property damage, loss of use, or economic losses.
